Aolani's Aloha Brew is a Hawaiian inspired coffee business. We can be found on social media, at fun events in Salt Lake City, and at the Daybreak Farmer's Market. Aolani's Aloha Brew is a small business started by Angelica & Theron Henderson. What started as a dream for years finally became a reality in January 2018.

Our Hawaiian style Banana Bread is inspired by the moist, sweet, and delicious taste of similar breads sold in the islands. Butter Mochi is Hawaii's adaptation of the Japanese delicacy, Mochi. Try this cultural infusion that is sure to transport you to Hawaii. And our newest item is the Guava cupcake! Inspired by Hawaii's favorite Guava sheet cakes, these treats are refreshing and sweet, with a lot of cream cheese love.
